Once your request has been reviewed and approved, the Return Authorisation and detailed return instructions will be emailed to you.
When your goods and authorisation have been received and inspected to confirm compliance with the returns policy, a credit note will be processed.
Enovis is not responsible for processing any returns received without a Returns Authorisation.
Returns Policy
If you are returning a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item, please clearly describe the issue in the form field and upload photographs as well as the purchase receipt. If approved Enovis will cover the packaging and postage costs.

Enovis is under no obligation to accept return of goods that are discontinued, were specially ordered in or were on promotional sale when purchased.
Enovis, trading as DJO Global Pty Ltd (“The Company”), warrants all goods in line with the Manufacturer’s Warranty, provided the products are used according to the user instructions. Warranties cover parts and materials but exclude defects from improper use, operator error, non-compliance with specifications, or misuse outside the product’s intended purpose. Proper maintenance and cleaning must be followed to maintain warranty validity. For warranty details, contact our Customer Service Team. Products must be reported as faulty within the warranty period, and Consumer must provide proof of purchase (receipt)
Warranty Period: The warranty begins on the consumer’s purchase date. Enovis will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or credit the purchase price of defective products at no charge, which is the customer’s exclusive remedy.
